ANTALYA BALIK A.Ş. is founded in 1985. The company has been accelerating its development speed and its difference for 25 years.

In 2006, the company put into operation its sea products production unit plant in Antalya Organised Trade Zone. The plant holds turkey’s technologically most advanced equipments and a high production capacity. The plant has various units such as sea and fresh water products processing unit, IQF unit, glazing unit, marinating unit, smoked production unit together with packaging and cold warehousing facilities. The plant has a capacity of 6.000 metric tons per year. About 238 different sorts of sea and fresh water products have been processed according to demand.

Antalya Balik is one of Turkey’s most successfull exporters in the sea products sector. The company has been exporting to 12 countries. Antalya Balik’s ethics are based on sustainability and international hygiene and quality standards. Antalya Balik is holding quality assurance certificates as IFS, BRC., GlobalG.A.P (Eurepgap) and the U.S. FDA.

Antalya Balik’s fish raising complex is situated in Burdur Karacaören-1 dam. The complex is the world’s first and unique aquaculture farm which has been certified by the Eurepgap/Globalgap (Good Agricultural Practices standard). Most advanced technologies and the strictest sustainability criterias have been implemented in the complex. Fish raising is realized within off shore cages.

Antalya Balik has two other rainbow trout raising units, one in Korkuteli Varsak plateau and one in Çandır Yalvaç. Hatchery and fingerling units are present in both locations.

All of Antalya Balik’s production units have been designed and operated with social responsability sense by ensuring that no harm is given to the environment and to the nature.

Antalya Balik serves the local and the export market with a high quality service. Antalya Balik has been continiously enlarging its market share. Antalya Balik is today one of major suppliers of Europe’s renumated retaliers in Rainbow Trout, Sea Bream, and Sea Bass.

Antalya Balik’s group company AB Sea Products is an important supplier in the turkish local market. This company has been supplying fish products to five star hotels and holiday resorts located along the Mediterranean and Aegean costs of Turkey.
